Premier's Contract Division is looking for hardworking and detail oriented Administrative Assistants for multiple contract assignments for our rapidly growing clients throughout the East Bay! These are contracted roles starting ASAP. Candidates must be readily available and living in the Bay Area. Rates will depend on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement office systems
  • Perform administrative duties as requested
  • Maintain the condition of the office and office equipment
  • Control correspondence, including answering phones, setting up conference rooms and mailroom with shipping responsibilities
  • Moderate filing, including management of confidential and secure documentation
  • Maintain records and files of current and past projects, operations, and decisions
  • Assist with projects and perform other duties and functions as requested


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or Equivalent experience
  • Extraordinary time management skills, coupled with honesty, trustworthiness, and respectfulness
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Docs
  • Administrative experience on phones and computers
  • Must be a strong team player
  • Must be extremely organized and detailed with consistency and excellent follow through
  • Dependable and consistent, taking pride and ownership in work
  • Extremely proactive
