Premier is partnering with an investment banking company in NYC! As the Executive Assistant, you are the backbone of the company who will help support the CEO along with any other administrative assistance.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage multiple requests and priorities – staying calm under pressure
  • Prepare detailed documentation and logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Calendar management quickly, meticulously, and thoughtfully
  • Manage all travel and expenses, as well as a 'get it done attitude' to handle last-minute changes
  • Participate in meetings and assist with special projects as needed


Qualifications:


  • 2-5 years of prior Executive Administrative assistance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Financial services background preferred
  • Exceptional critical and creative thinking skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience utilizing Outlook and CRM database
