*These are contract and permanent roles starting ASAP! Candidates must be readily available and living in the New York City/Metropolitan area. Rates will depend on experience.


  • Provide outstanding administrative support
  • Control correspondence, including greeting incoming guests, answering phones, setting up conference rooms
  • Input data into the database
  • Moderate filing, including management of confidential and secure documentation
  • Assist with projects and perform other duties and functions as requested
  • Regular onsite attendance and timeliness is essential to this role


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ambitious go-getter
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Docs
  • 1-2+ years of experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, etc.) preferred
  • Confident, outgoing, and professional
