Premier is looking for HR Coordinators to support our exciting client companies. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hard working, and charged by multitasking. Please be tech smart, have 1-3 years of experience within an HR setting, and be willing to provide support to HR management.


*These are contracted roles starting ASAP! Candidates must be readily available and living locally. Rates will depend on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate on-boarding processes, including account set-up, conduction of new hire orientation, and collect/process all required new hire paperwork
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR/Payroll questions and refer to appropriate staff, if necessary
  • Input information into databases, generate reports, and access information
  • Ensure timely set-up of meetings and training sessions, including the preparation of materials and invite lists
  • Create and maintain all employee personnel files and other filing systems in a manner that ensures compliance with federal and state laws
  • Assist with calendaring and other administrative duties, as necessary


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years HR experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in planning events and building company culture
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with Oracle enterprise HRMS tools. Oracle HRMS experience is a strong plus
