Are you looking to transfer your college skills into an exciting business setting?


Premier works with various start-ups and companies across Silicon Valley. We are actively seeking to work with upcoming/recent grads on several entry-level positions.


These are contracted (temp-to-hire) roles starting ASAP! Candidates must be readily available and living in the Bay Area. Compensation ranges from $50,000-$65,000 annually depending on industry and experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing outstanding administrative support
  • Controlling correspondence, including greeting incoming guests, answering phones, setting up conference rooms
  • Inputting data into databases
  • Moderate filing, including management of confidential and secure documentation
  • Assisting with projects and perform other duties and functions as requested
  • Regular onsite attendance and timeliness is essential to this role
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication with your team


Qualifications:


  • An ambitious go-getter
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Familiar with MS Office and Google Docs
  • 1-2+ years of experience with customer service (retail, hospitality, restaurant, front desk etc.) preferred
  • Confident, outgoing, and professional
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's degree required
