Front Office Coordinator

Premier's contract division is looking for candidates to fill several Office Manager roles for our Silicon Valley clients!  These are contracted roles starting ASAP! Candidates must be available and living in the Silicon Valley area. Rates depend on experience. 


  • Plan and implement office systems
  • Perform administrative duties as requested
  • Maintain the condition of the office and office equipment
  • Control correspondence, including answering phones, setting up conference rooms and mailroom with shipping responsibilities
  • Moderate filing, including management of confidential and secure documentation
  • Maintain records and files of current and past projects, operations, and decisions
  • Assist with projects and perform other duties and functions as requested

Additional Responsibilities May Include: 

  • Manage email, phone work flow and write correspondence emails with impeccable grammar and eloquence 
  • Maintain constant discretion and professionalism
  • Draft letters, reports, memos, and proofread for spelling, grammar, and layout
  • Organize conferences and meetings and aligning multiple calendars
  • Interface with clients and other senior level executives on a daily basis
  • Ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner while under pressure


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in tech 
  • Extraordinary time management skills, coupled with honesty, trustworthiness, and respectfulness
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Docs
  • Must be a strong team player
  • Dependable and consistent outlook, taking pride and ownership in work
  • A proactive and driven attitude
