Recruiting Coordinator

Premier is working closely with a tech company in their search for a Recruiting Coordinator in Washington D.C. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with hiring managers and ensure a positive experience for the candidates.


  • Call and schedule candidate interviews
  • Manage written and verbal communication with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers throughout the process
  • Manage candidate records through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Create and run weekly tracking reports as necessary using the ATS


  • BA/BS and at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a tech environment
  • Extensive experience with scheduling and calendar management
  • Superior time management and multi-tasking ability
  • Poise, superior professionalism, and discretion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent team player
