The Customer Care Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing the pre-processing of purchase orders and focuses heavily on having an eye for detail.


  • Essential position to execute first line customer engagement
  • Consistently inputting and updating information to ensure accuracy of customer records
  • Process decommissions, exchanges, and other install base change requests
  • Pre-process orders in our transactional systems
  • Partnering with customers to ensure information is collected accurately for order processing
  • Assisting with invoice management and resolution
  • Supply feedback on customer experience to management, sales, and other groups


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through written and verbal communication
  • Excellent telephone customer service skills
  • Experience with order processing
  • Focus and attention to fine detail
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
  • Experience with CRM Systems; SAP knowledge a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
