Premier is looking to fill several Front Desk Coordinators/Receptionists roles for our top-tier clients. Our clients are looking for upbeat, organized, and energetic individuals who are well-versed in front office coordination. The ideal candidate will be tech smart, have 1+ years of experience with fast-paced scheduling and phone correspondence, and possess strong organizational skills. 


These are contracted roles starting ASAP! Candidates must be readily available and living locally. Rates will depend on experience. 


Responsibilities:

  • Control correspondence: answering phones, setting up conference rooms, and managing the mailroom shipping responsibilities
  • Moderate filing, including management of confidential and secure documents
  • Maintain records and files of current and past projects, operations, and decisions
  • Assist with projects and perform other duties and functions as requested
  • Regular onsite attendance and timeliness is essential to this role


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience as an office admin/receptionist/EA is preferred
  • Innate problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Docs
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams
  • Dependable, consistent, and proactive attitude
