Premier's Contract Division is seeking a Part-time Admin Assistant that is able to work at least 10 hours per week. This position will be mostly remote, with a once-a-week visit to the Berkeley office for touching base and providing office support.


Responsibilities:

  • Calendaring for the two founders and VP
  • Some light office support:
    • ordering office supplies,
    • mail distribution,
    • scanning and sending out mail as needed 
    • replenishing office kitchen with supplies and snacks
  • Misc. admin tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Tech-savvy - comfortable using Slack and Outlook for calendaring
  • Ability to use a personal computer
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced/startup environment
