Premier is looking to hire several Recruiting Coordinators to support our top clients! We are searching for friendly, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individuals, with a strong desire to establish a career in Recruiting. The ideal candidates have at least one year of work experience, along with strong organizational, scheduling, and administrative skills.


These are contracted roles starting ASAP! Candidates must be readily available and local. Rates will depend on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex and busy calendars
  • Source candidates for diverse positions
  • Screen candidates to determine skill set and career goals
  • Research and develop innovative strategies to recruit top talent
  • Create job descriptions
  • Manage candidates seamlessly through the recruiting process
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Maintain recruiting reports and provide regular updates to hiring managers on the recruiting status of each position
  • Regular onsite attendance and timeliness is essential to this role


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent communication skills via email and phone
  • Ability to work well with all teams and levels within the organization
  • Strong sense of confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task and follow up with a sense of urgency on all matters
  • Strong PC and/or Mac skills - knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Calendar
